Refund Policy – Student Handicrafts

At Student Handicrafts, we take pride in the quality of our handmade products and work closely with our customers to ensure they are fully informed and satisfied before placing an order. As a B2B wholesale company, we follow a strict confirmation process where product details, quantities, pricing, and shipping arrangements are thoroughly reviewed and approved by the customer prior to dispatch.

Due to the nature of international shipping from Nepal and the handcrafted nature of our goods, all sales are considered final once the order is confirmed and dispatched. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, exception being damaged goods. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.

Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Refund and Returns

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product delivered is damaged or significantly different from what was agreed upon.
  • In the rare case of an approved refund, it will be processed after a full internal review and may take up to 10 business days.
  • Any issue must be reported within 5 business days of receiving the goods, along with clear photographic evidence.
  • Shipping costs, customs duties, or taxes are non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
  • The return shipping costs are the responsibility of customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g wrong or defective item).

We will first notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

Late or missing refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
